Cancelation Policy

You may cancel, change or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 1 hour before the start time of your appointment. Less than 1 hours notice is considered as a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 50% of the full service price booked. A “No Show” will result in a charge of 50% of the full service price booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a “No Show”.

Exceptions to the cancellation policy will be made in the event of unsafe weather conditions.
